VALEU-X centres were opened in each Albanian partner institution to achieve high quality ICT-based internationalisation at home activities, and implement VCL courses.

Introducing Virtual Blended Mobility as an internationalization at home instrument requires innovative virtual teaching environments and avant-garde learning tools.

To this purpose, the centres have been equipped with computers, cameras, and new softwares, to allow local universities to achieve excellent ICT-based internationalization activities in  inspiring spaces for virtual mobility.
